Terms of Service

All prices are in US dollars. We do our best to keep pricing and inventory accurate, but card markets move fast. If an item is mispriced or sells out before we can pack it, we may cancel the affected line and refund you in full.

Placing an order is an offer to buy; the sale is complete when we ship the item.

Raw singles are graded by us using the condition scale shown on each product page. NM/M cards are pack-fresh and pulled straight into a sleeve or top loader. Graded slabs are sold exactly as encapsulated by PSA, CGC or BGS — the grade on the label is the grade you get, and we do not guarantee crossover or re-grade outcomes.

Mystery packs are randomized, made-to-order products. Contents vary and the stated value is a floor, not a guarantee of any specific card. Because they are randomized and cannot be restocked once opened, mystery packs are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Free-gift tiers are based on your cart subtotal before shipping and tax, are limited to one gift per qualifying tier per order, and are subject to availability. We may substitute an equivalent gift or remove a gift from an order that no longer meets its tier. Attempting to manipulate the promotion (including modifying the site in your browser) voids the gift and may void the order.

Shipping timelines and rates are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package. We will help you file and pursue a claim for a lost or damaged package.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, pack variance or condition expectations. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

You may not scrape, resell our data, interfere with the site, or use the store to commit fraud. We may refuse or cancel any order and close any account at our discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
