Privacy Policy

When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfill it: your name, email address, shipping address, order contents and order history. Payment is processed by our payment providers (Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal and eBay managed payments) — we never see or store your full card number.

We also collect basic technical information such as browser type, device type and pages visited, so we can keep the store fast and diagnose problems.

We use your information to process and ship orders, send order and shipping confirmations, answer support requests, prevent fraud and abuse of our free-gift promotions, and improve our product selection and site performance.

We only send marketing email if you ask for it, and every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

We share the minimum necessary information with the services that make the store work: our commerce and checkout platform, our shipping carriers (USPS and other carriers for label creation and tracking), our email provider, and the marketplaces where we also sell (such as eBay) when your order originates there.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

We use cookies and local browser storage to keep your cart, remember your free-gift selection and measure basic site usage. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though the cart will not persist between visits if you do.

Order records are retained as long as required for tax, accounting and warranty purposes. Support messages are retained while your issue is open and for a reasonable period after.

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (except records we must keep for tax and fraud-prevention reasons). Email us at support@carddaddy.com or use our Contact Us page and we will respond within 30 days.

CardDADDY is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the store after an update means you accept the revised policy.
